In addition to partnering with IntegraMed® to provide financing to couples and individuals who could not otherwise afford infertility treatments, such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), we participate with a number of insurance providers.

Your insurance company isn't listed?
Participation in insurance plans and third party networks is continuously changing. Contact IVF Florida Reproductive Associates or your insurance provider to see if we participate with your insurance plan.
Out-of-Network Benefits
Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits, which may entitle you to reimbursement for some of the out-of-pocket expenses you have incurred. Our staff will help you file claims with your insurance company and provide you with the documents necessary to do so. To find out if you have out-of-network benefits, contact a customer service representative at the number listed on your insurance card.
