What is the Fertility Awareness Checkup?
The Fertility Awareness Checkup is a diagnostic evaluation designed for individuals between the ages of 21 and 44 who want to better understand their fertility health.
This screening includes:
Bloodwork
To measure key hormone levels:
- Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) – A marker of ovarian egg reserve
- Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH)

Transvaginal ultrasound
