Fertility benefits, made simple
Your fertility benefits can go further than you think
Whether your employer offers Progyny, Maven, Carrot, or standard insurance, IVF Florida works directly with your plan to make care more accessible — so you can focus on your family, not the paperwork
You already have benefits. Let’s use them.
If your company offers a fertility benefit, you’ve already taken the hardest step out of the equation. IVF Florida is proud to accept the leading employer-sponsored fertility benefits, so patients can move forward with fewer financial surprises.
Progyny
Progyny works like your other health insurance. Coverage is determined by your medical plan, and treatment is bundled into an easy-to-track benefit — often covering IVF, IUI, egg and sperm freezing, and more, depending on your plan. Check with your HR department to confirm eligibility.
Maven Clinic
Maven members get access to IVF Florida’s network for fertility care coordinated through their employer’s plan. Confirm with your HR department how your specific Maven benefit applies to treatment at SGF.
Carrot
Carrot isn’t insurance — it’s an employer-funded reimbursement benefit. Patients pay for treatment and are reimbursed dollar-for-dollar, up to their company’s benefit maximum, and can also use Carrot Rx for discounted medications. Reach out through the Carrot app or your HR department to get started.
Have standard insurance instead? You’re still covered here.
Not everyone’s employer offers a dedicated fertility benefit — and that’s okay. IVF Florida accepts most major insurance plans, and our team will walk you through exactly what your plan covers before you begin.
- 90% of patients have their initial consultation covered by insurance
- 70% have full or partial coverage for testing and treatment
Every new patient receives an Insurance Benefit Verification (IBV), a clear summary of what’s covered, whether a referral or prior authorization is needed, and what your deductible or co-insurance looks like, before you commit to anything.
