Fairfax EggBank Requirements

Before submitting an egg donor application, double-check our requirements to make sure you're eligible to donate eggs with us. 

• Eligible to work in the U.S. 

• Between the ages of 21 and 30 

• BMI in the range of 18-27 

• Can provide family medical history for 3 generations 

• Can attend scheduled appointments 

• No smoking and vaping throughout the process 

• Not pregnant or breastfeeding  

• Have at least a high school diploma or GED

Donating your eggs gives someone a chance at their dream of building a family. Plus, we’ll reimburse you for your time and effort. 

• We reimburse start to finish 

• You’ll receive financial reimbursement throughout the egg donation process. If eligible, you can donate up to six cycles total – earning up to $60,000. 

• We cover your medical care 

• When you donate your eggs with us, you’ll receive thousands of dollars worth of free medical and genetic testing.

Egg Donor Process

1. Apply 
2. If you've reviewed our egg donor requirements and are eligible to donate, take the first step and apply!  
3. Get Screened 
4. After submitting your application, you’ll go through medical and genetic screening. We’ll assign you to a local clinic and a donor coordinator who will help you throughout the process. 
5. Get Your Results 
6. If you pass our medical and genetic screening, you’ll receive $300 for your time and effort. Once you’re accepted into the egg donation program, you can start donating when you’re ready (and receive an additional $200)! 
7. Donate 
8. Egg retrieval is a quick and painless procedure. Your clinic will help you plan the retrieval timing and brief you on what to expect. On retrieval day, you’ll be reimbursed again.
