Q&A:

Why did you become a doctor/reproductive endocrinologist?

I’ve wanted to be a doctor for as long as I can remember. Both of my parents are physicians, and growing up, I was inspired by the meaningful conversations they had about their work and the impact they made in their patients’ lives. That sense of purpose stayed with me. What continues to motivate me every day is the opportunity to help others in such a deeply personal and transformative way.

Where did your interest in reproductive endocrinology come from?

Reproductive endocrinology and infertility is, without a doubt, one of the most remarkable fields in medicine. It offers the perfect blend of scientific complexity, continuous learning, and meaningful patient connection. I love the challenge of solving intricate medical puzzles, but what truly sets this specialty apart is the privilege of helping individuals and couples through such a personal and emotional journey. For me, the relationship between physician and patient is at the heart of successful care. Building that trust and walking alongside my patients as they pursue their dreams of parenthood is what makes this work so special.

What about IVF FLORIDA makes you the proudest?

What makes me most proud is the care we’ve created. One that is deeply personalized, patient-centered, and rooted in compassion. We’ve built a space where patients feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Every detail, from our protocols to the way we communicate, is designed with the patient’s experience and success in mind. Knowing that we’re combining leading edge science with heartfelt care makes me incredibly proud (and excited!) for what we can accomplish together.

Describe a time you were inspired by a patient.

I’m inspired every single day by every patient I meet. From the very first interaction, I’m struck by the courage it takes to even schedule that first appointment. Fertility care is incredibly personal, and it requires a tremendous amount of trust and vulnerability to take that first step. I never take that for granted. Throughout the journey, there can be emotional highs and lows, and we ask a lot of our patients—physically, emotionally, and mentally. But what continues to move me is the strength and resilience I see in them every day. Watching patients persevere through the difficult moments with hope and determination is what inspires me the most. More often than not, that persistence leads to success—and being part of that journey is one of the greatest privileges of my life.

What is your approach to helping patients who are struggling?

It starts with listening. Truly understanding what a patient has been through, and what they hope for, is the foundation of effective and compassionate care. Every journey is unique, and it’s important to take the time to hear each person’s story. From there, I combine their history, their goals, and the latest advancements in reproductive medicine to create a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan. My role is not just to guide patients medically, but also to support them emotionally and be a steady, honest, and compassionate partner through every step of the process.

Who inspires you?

I’m deeply inspired by my parents, who are both physicians. Growing up, I watched how committed they were to their patients and how meaningful their work was to them. It shaped how I see medicine, not just as a science, but as a calling to help others with empathy and integrity. Their example continues to guide me in how I care for my own patients.

How would you describe your personality?

I would describe myself as caring, empathetic, and deeply determined. I genuinely care about my patients and what they’re going through, and I strive to create a space where they feel supported, heard and valued. At the same time, I’m very driven! I’m fully dedicated to finding the best path forward for every patient. I take the responsibility of guiding patients through such a personal journey very seriously, and I work hard to combine compassion with thoughtful, evidence-based care.

What’s on your bucket list?

I’m a simple guy who finds joy in the little things. Spending quality time with my wife and children is what I treasure most. Beyond that, I hope to continue making meaningful memories with my family and growing together. For me, life is about cherishing those everyday moments and being present for the people I love.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

As much as I can, I try to spend time with my family. We love going to the beach and being out on the water, whether it’s soaking in the sun, wakeboarding, or fishing. And my nerdiness knows no bounds. I’ve been a lifelong chess player and have even competed in national and international tournaments.
