Jenna McCarthy, M.D., is a Board Certified Reproductive Endocrinologist joining IVF Florida’s Wellington location. With more than 15 years of clinical experience serving patients across South Florida, Dr. McCarthy is a recognized name in the regional fertility community — known for her clinical depth, her academic contributions, and her commitment to building long-term, trusting relationships with her patients.
Dr. McCarthy completed both her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor. Her published research spans anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) variability, ovarian torsion, fertility preservation in female cancer patients, and congenital reproductive anomalies. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of OB/GYN at Florida State University College of Medicine.
Dr. McCarthy has a particular focus on fertility preservation — especially for patients facing cancer treatment — and on LGBTQIA+ family building and care for single parents. She brings a collaborative, patient-centered approach to every case, working alongside her patients to understand their goals and build a plan that fits their lives.
She is a Castle Connolly Top Doctor and Exceptional Women in Medicine honoree, a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and currently serves as Medical Director of WINFertility.
