Joelle Karch (Taylor), M.D., is a Board Certified Reproductive Endocrinologist joining IVF Florida’s Jensen Beach location. A familiar face in the Treasure Coast fertility community, Dr. Karch brings a depth of clinical experience and an approach to care that is as evidence-based as it is deeply personal.
Dr. Karch completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine and her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Her published research spans reproductive hormonal mechanisms, ectopic pregnancy management, and wound healing.
She is particularly passionate about the intersection of lifestyle and fertility through helping patients understand how nutrition, sleep, movement, and stress management can meaningfully influence their reproductive health. She is also a strong advocate for fertility preservation, believing that egg freezing has the power to expand options and give patients greater control over their futures.
Dr. Karch approach centers on partnership. She combines precision medicine with a genuine investment in each patient’s overall wellbeing—meeting patients where they are and building a plan that moves them forward.
