INDEMNIFICATION

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Choice of Law. These Terms of Use shall for all purposes be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to choice-of-law rules.

These Terms of Use, as may be amended from time to time in the sole discretion of IVF FLORIDA, constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous writings, discussions, agreements, and understandings of any kind, with respect to the subject matter of these Terms of Use.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be held to be unenforceable, these Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect without that provision.
